alreeet, slightly delayed as I've just got back from Rome, but here they are:

1. MSTRKRFT - bastard death disco project of former DFA 1979 member.

2. The Thermals - spikey religo-pop from Sub Pop.

3. The Honorary Title - under the rader band from New York for fans of Brand:New, Interpol and other good stuff

4. Hadouken! - ummmmm, rock/indie/UK-Garage tinged awesomeness

5. Blonde Redhead - for fans of My Vitriol, My Bloody Valentine, Sonic Youth

This year I have mostly been enjoying;

The Arcade Fire - Neon Bible
The Shins - Wincing the Night Away
Patrick Wolf - The Magic Position
and Klasnekoff's new one is alright I suppose - haven't heard it all and it doesn't match up to his previous efforts - but this years hardly been exceptional as far as new releases go so far (or I just haven't been paying attention)....

ah yeh i love arcade fire an like i said i liked the album i just havent got proper into it yet like the last.

i prefer it when albums take a while to sink in you appreciate it so much more and pick up on loads of little things that you would normally miss...

yeh i get it just i aint really on the "pulse" of new bands that much

to be fair im gettin pritty bored of the indie/disco wank thas constantly coming out

sick of hearing the same dance drum beat i was taught in afon taf along with an octave bass line that sounds dancey

yeh i get it were all groovy......
