OMG I read this somewhere yesterday.

A man was admitted to hospital with a hernia problem and he ended up having a sex change!! Somewhere along the line his notes had been mixed up with those of a transsexual patient. Nobody realised until the man had been changed into a woman and the sex change patient had had his hernia op. Law suits are expected!!!!
