the last tiem i went there a few years ago, it was quite 1960's lookin.. has a stage.. pretty big all in all.. pretty good place.

true, a lot bigger.
problem is, it has members.. and generally, the club is for the members, they dont take kindly to outsiders taking over their venue... and if they do, it costs.

poisonedwhiskey put on weekly shows in a con club that is member run in porth - it's not hard, you just basically gotta find someone whos about 21-ish to be ''responsible'' for the gig, if yer younger than that u might pull it off ifyou go in and be all nicey nicey, ( and take a piece of paper to explain how much they'll take over the bar)
