slow down slow down....you should ease up on the gigs man..spankdaddy went for 6 months with doing one gig, then we have done quite a few since...i cant cope with it

follow the buses over if u like?
head for ystrad mynach, towards nelson way.
then you will see signs clearly guiding you into bargoed, and apparently the rugby club is unmissable.
