Thread: 3 - the mobile ripoff cunts

what a bunch of tossers, anyone else with three ? what do you think about their shitty service ? dont get me wrong the coverage aint bad, the minutes aint bad, the customer service stinks of so much shit, its fucking wrong, i am one month behind on my bill so they cut me off, which is a total and utter cunt, i was three months behind, they didnt cut me off then, i pay two months and suddenly i am a fucking leper, well, i am thinking of just burning my sim card and telling em to fuck off.

its even worse on pay as you got i had 10 quid of useless topup vouchers cause they have so many different things to choose from, with limitations and shit its so confusing

i'm thinking of getting my 4n unlocked soon and going with a different network, they want 150 fucking quid to do it and you can go down the market or something and get it done for 12

im on 3 and i fucked my phone up so i sent it off and waited three weeks and didnt contact me, so rang them and they said it was unrepairable and basically ended the convo there so im stuck with a 18 month contract and no phone. tossers

Im with three and the only thing i find bad with them is the customer service, but i guess thats why its sooo cheap and you get what you pay for, plus im sure all their call centres are in India or summin , so they're saving money cos they can get away with paying low wages to foreigners. So what do you expect with a "No frills" company with Customer service operators that are on shite wages and can hardly speak a word of english, or if they can have such a strong eastern accent that you can't understand a word they are saying so you feel you have to hang up cos you're constantly asking them to repeat what they've just said :s
