line 6, marshall is good but overrated

Don't like line 6 amps, good pedals tho. Marshall all the way

dun play but u can sum mongy as fuck affects out of them

despite the fact no-one can afford them,
could we still have a category for mesa boogie duel rectifier as well?

Mesa's are awesome, but all thier gain has gone, marshall mode four has much higher gain. Line 6 are shit man, really clinical. Theres no tone to them, just noise!

Well i have a line 6 and when i first had it to me it was just noise untill i had some tips off mr whelly(pwk) now i swaer by them the new tones are amazeing haveing owned both marshall and line 6 theres just so much more u can do with the line 6s sound in my eyes but its just my view diffrent tastes suit diffrent people i guess!!

i like mesa but as you say, can't afford the fuckers, right as owning both marshall and line 6 im going for the bloody line 6, why? because

1. They are loud as fuck
2. They save your settings so you don't have to twat around sorthing that out everytime you play them
3. There are plenty of Effects on there to keep even me going
4. I didn't spend much buying a half stack
5. They are fucking hard as tanks
6. They have a built in noise gate, what more can i ask for, a device to stop alot of feedback from the amp! fucking brilliant
7. The Pre-amps on there are fucking great for the studio
8. The Box it came in is fucking huge so i can play in it when im not playin guitar
9. Lights!! colourful lights!!
10. Built in Tuner, marvolous
11. Dumb people think your big and strong cos the cab looks big and heavy (other words its light)
12. So far, unlike my marshalls i've had no problems with it, marshalls keep breaking down or sumin

in conclusion, i like Line 6, you should like whatever amp you want, as we're all different

line 6 amps are shitty as fuck - all line 6 are good for are simulations - they can reproduce an amp sound - but can't actually make their own - digital sounding as fuck like... marshall all the way

Sound the same every time, no complex shitty effects to mess about with, just sheer marshall tone.
Heavey as fuck
Genuinly loud as fuck (tubes)
and are really built for the road
And the bit vi like is that its a real high gain sound, with acctual tone, unlike line6's digital synthetic sounding sludge.

um...line 6..are better than marshal transistors and more versatile and tougher than marshall valve amps.. but id go for mesa recto haha

ok line 6 cos marshall are shit, i hate the marshall tone, if i was plying clean stuff then i would go for a marshall, but i just hate them, and the tone i get out of my line 6 is in no way sludgy, its tighter and crisper than a box full of ducks arses.
