In the last few years of putting news on the Along Came Man website, this is probably the newsiest news piece I’ve ever had to write so let’s go…

EP Release

This week is the release week of our EP ‘Believe There’s Nothing.’ You can pick it up now from HMV, Virgin, Spillers, Woolworths and online at amazon.co.uk, play.com and loads more. If you don’t see it on the shelves just ask and you can order a copy from the named stores!

The video for ‘Believe There’s Nothing’ can be seen now on SCUZZ TV so keep your eyes peeled for that.

We are also really pleased to announced that ‘Believe There’s Nothing’ was chosen as an ‘Anthem of the week’ in this weeks Kerrang! Magazine so pick yourself up a copy and show it to your Nan.

Drumstool

The last couple of months have been quite a trying few months for us a band. There’s been a lot of stuff going on around us and we’ve had to sit back and take a good look at ourselves and the band and think about our plans for the future. Cerys subsequently decided that it would be better for herself and the band if we parted ways. Cerys has different plans for the future to myself and Slim and we wish her all the very best with her career and life in general. Cerys played a huge part in the development of Along Came Man and we had a wicked time together over the past year.

With every band member who leaves, room is made for a new face. We would like to welcome Matt Whitney to the Along Came Man fold. I’ve been working with Matt on a project for a while now so he was the natural choice when a replacement drummer was needed.

So that’s the news of the day, it was lengthy but all had to be said. Thanks a lot to all of you for your support over this time. Our next live dates will be our tour dates so check out the ‘Tour’ section and try and catch the new Along Came Man in a place near you soon!
