Thread: Goodbye

Hello everyone, how are you? This may come as a shock to everyone that knows us but Disparage have decided to call it a day. There was no massive argument or fight, which brought this about, so don’t listen to any of the bullshit that you may or may not hear. We’ve decided as a band that things are not the same as when we first started out and decided to leave it there after a year and nearly 40 gigs. We’ve had some great fun, met some mental people and made some awesome friends and I’m sure you’ll all see us about in the future in whatever we decide to do next. There are a few people that over the year or more that I’ve been involved with them that deserve a shout out for all they’ve done for us and Welsh music; these people are Glyn Mills and Darren Dobbs (Cunning Stunt Promotions), Geraint Walters (Salts, Sell Out Promotions), Dave Driscoll (Sonet Promotions) Craig Chapman (Battle Royale), Phil Jones (Bridgend College), Steve and Martin (Game On Promotions), Darren (Our sexual web designer) and last but certainly not least our stand-in manager Clive Williams who went above and beyond the call of duty too many times to list. Also thanks to you for actually coming onto this site and taking the time to watch us whether you loved us or hated us, it’s been a great ride and great experience for us all.
